Founded by Mr Franczak, a pioneer of electrolysis, our clinic has been transforming skin and confidence for nearly 80 years. In 1983, Jeanne Hooper took the reins, trained by the elite Franczak family. Jeanne built the business with love and generosity. Fast forward to 2025—Jeanne has now retired, and Angela has proudly stepped in to carry the legacy forward —with a fresh vision and deep respect for our roots.

Hair Removal
Electrolysis and Laser clinic use both Motus AY Laser (Alexandrite & ND:Yag) and Electrolysis techniques for hair removal. Each requiring a high level of training. Our expert therapists will consult and address each individual clients needs to be able to apply the best possible treatment for the best possible outcome. Both applications are suitable all skin types for women, men and transgender clients. Laser hair removal will not treat white, blonde or red hair but electrolysis is for all hair types.
Electrolysis Permanent Hair Removal
Our clinic was founded with the use of Electrolysis and it’s still at the heart of our business today.
Electrolysis is the only form of permanent hair removal and it is suitable for all skin tones and hair colours.
Using our Apilus advanced hair removal epilator, we treat each hair using a probe directed into the follicle, and micro pulses of heat, this allows for the most comfortable electrolysis experience on all areas of unwanted hair for all our female, male and transgender clients.
We treat each client individually, how long you will need will depend on how many hairs there are to be treated. Everyone is different and it is necessary to have a series of treatments over time.

Cancellation Policy
We require 48 hours notice for any cancellations. Failure to give 48 hours notice will result in a 50% charge of your treatment.
From 1st August 2024 all treatments costing £50 or more will require a 50% non-refundable deposit.
Those that consistently cancel last minute will be required to pay 50% of the treatment cost in advance for any treatments booked.
Our consultations are £40 for 30 minutes (£60 for skin consultations with Facial included) and require a £20 non-refundable deposit.
